One of the sweetest girls I know, Danielle was all smiles as she told me about how she met her husband-to-be, Bill. Just sitting with them and seeing the way they looked at each other, you knew this was meant to be! I was so happy to be able to be a part of their day, and Danielle planned a gorgeous wedding full of blush pinks, flowers, and lovely details that made for a stunning wedding.
For Danielle and Bill’s bridal portrait, we did a First Look Session over at La Roche College campus. I love doing these because they are so intimate and romantic! Because it’s just the bride and groom, you get some time alone with your partner that you won’t get for the rest of your wedding day. It’s a time for you two to truly relax and enjoy being with one another, and there is no audience (except me!) for you to pose in front of and you can be yourself and get lost in the moment, as these two clearly had no trouble doing 😉
I love this first shot, of Danielle walking towards Bill where he was waiting for her–it’s romantic for one partner to be standing facing away from the other, and when you’re ready, you touch them on the shoulder and they see you for the first time dressed in your bridal attire–surprise! It’s a beautiful moment!
Danielle kept with a Martini Theme–and did it so well! All the blush tones and martini glasses looked wonderful together!
We also did family portraits at The Chadwick before the ceremony–they have a beautifully decorated lobby which was great due to the rain outside! The whole place is fantastic.
